Pricing made simple:

I have an an hourly rate of $85, with a 2-hr. minimum ($170) plus any materials required, and NC tax on labor.  After the first 2 hours, pricing is broken down into 15 min increments. I am unable to guess on the time it takes to do various projects around the home, but I work efficiently and will strive to give you your money’s worth.  In some cases I may have to come in advance to see the needs and advise on the materials needed. You’re welcome to provide materials, or run for them as needed if you like. I’ll keep you updated along the way if there are possible cost-saving options, needed changes or unexpected surprises.  I want you to always feel comfortable asking any questions that would make anything clearer for you as the customer.  Many jobs can be completed in a few hours. If I see that your project list may take more than a day, I will do my best to make that clear as I start the project. I constantly pay attention to your time, so if I run across an issue or find myself in a “learning curve”, I’ll adjust my time as needed to be fair.  Full payment is expected upon completion of work. Forms of payment accepted: Cash, Credit Card, Cash App, Zelle; deposits may be required on larger jobs with significant material costs.
