Thank you for considering me to tackle your “honey-do” list. I serve areas approximately 15 miles from my home in the Monroe, NC. area (Waxhaw, Weddington, Monroe, Matthews, Mint Hill).

I work by the hour:

I work at an hourly rate of $85, with a 2-hr. minimum ($170) plus any materials required, and NC tax on labor. After the first 2 hours, pricing is broken down into 15 min increments to give you the best value. I am unable to guess on the time it takes to do various projects around the home, but I work efficiently and will strive to give you your money’s worth.
